Millennium College of Health Technology admission
form for 2015/2016 is now available and on sale.
Interested members of the public that wish to study
in the private institution are hereby informed.
Millennium College of Health Technology is a Private
Health Institution, established in 2009 to develop and
improve Public Health Services in Nigeria and beyond

SCHOOL OF ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
(Accredited by the Environmental Health Officers
Registration Council of Nigeria (EHORECON)) and
the West African Health Examination Board
(WAHEB))
1. HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND)
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH – 4 Years + 1 Year
Internship
Entry Requirements: Five (5) O/L Credits in English
Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and
Physics in WASCE, SSCE, GCE or NECO at not more
than two (2) Sittings.
2. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN COURSE –
3 Years
Entry Requirements: Four (4) O/L Credits in English
Language, Biology/Health Science and any two (2) of
the following subjects: Mathematics, Geography,
Physics, Chemistry and Agric Science in WASCE, SSCE,
GCE or NECO at not more than two Sittings.
3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH ASSISTANT COURSE – 2
Years
Entry Requirements: (i) O/L Passes in Four (4)
subjects including one (1) science subject or
Integrated Science and other three (3) Subjects. A
Pass in English Language will be an added advantage.
(ii) Mature Candidates With working experience from
a Public Health or Environmental Health Department
will be admitted on the recommendation of their
employers.
B. SCHOOL OF COMMUNITY HEALTH
(Fully Accredited by the Community Health
Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria)
1. COMMUNITY HEALTH EXTENSION WORKERS
COURSE (CHEW) – 3 Years
Entry Requirements: Five (5) O/L Credits in English
Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science and
any other two (2) subjects from Chemistry, Physics,
Geography, Economics, Commerce, Accounts in
WASCE, SSCE, GCE or NECO at not more than two (2)
sittings.
2. JUNIOR COMMUNITY HEALTH EXTENSION
WORKERS COURSE (JCHEW) – 2 Years
Entry Requirements: Five (5) O/L Passes in
English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health
Science and any other two (2) subjects from
Chemistry, Physics, Geography, Economics,
Commerce, Accounts in WASCE, SSCE, GCE or
NECO at not more than two (2) sittings.
3. HEALTH ASSISTANT COURSE (PRIMARY HEALTH
CARE) – 1 Year
(Affiliated with the Ogun State College of
Health Technology)
Entry Requirements: (i) Three (3) O/L Passes in
English Language, Mathematics and one (1) other
subject from Biology, Chemistry, Health Science,
Physics, Agricultural Science. (ii) Ward Orderlies
and Health Assistants/Attendants with a minimum
of two (2) years experience will be considered.
C. SCHOOL OF DENTAL HEALTH
(Accredited by the Dental Therapists
Registration Board of Nigeria (DTRBN))
1. DENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN COURSE – 3 Years
Entry Requirements: (i) Four (4) O/L Credits in
English Language and any other three (3) subjects
from Mathematics, Biology / Health Science,
Chemistry or Physics in WASCE, SSCE, GCE or
NECO at not more than two sittings.
2. DENTAL SURGERY ASSISTANT COURSE – 2 Years
Entry Requirements: Three (3) O/L Credits in
English Language and any other two (2) subjects
from Mathematics, Biology / Health Science,
Chemistry or Physics in WASCE, SSCE, GCE or
NECO at not more than two sittings.
D. SCHOOL OF HEALTH INFORMATION
MANAGEMENT
(Accredited by the Health Records Officers
Registration Board of Nigeria (HRORBN))
PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA PROGRAMME IN HEALTH
INFORMATION MANAGEMENT – 3 Years
Entry Requirements: Four (4) O/L Credits in
English Language, Mathematics, Physics/Chemistry
and Biology/Health Science, Plus Passes or Credits
in any other Two (2) Subjects, obtainable at not
more than Two (2) Sittings in SSCE, NECO or
NABTEB.
E. SCHOOL OF DISPENSING OPTICIANRY
(Accredited by the Optometrists and
Dispensing Opticians' Registration Board of
Nigeria (ODORBN))
DIPLOMA PROGRAMME IN DISPENSING OPTICIANRY
– 3 Years
Entry Requirements: Five (5) O/L Credits in English
Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and
Physics in WASCE, SSCE, GCE or NECO at not more
than two (2) Sittings.
1. SCHOOL OF HEALTH PROMOTION AND
EDUCATION
HEALTH PROMOTION AND EDUCATION DIPLOMA
COURSE – 2 Years
Entry Requirements: (i) Three (3) O/L Credits, one
which must be in Biology and Passes in
Mathematics and Chemistry at not more than two
(2) sittings. (ii) Teacher's Grade II Certificate with
Credits in at least Three (3) subjects including
Health Education and Merits in Mathematics and
General Science.
How To Apply For Admission Into Millennium College

Application forms are to be obtained online or
through accredited agents of the College. It can be
obtained for N7,500

1. Walk into any BRANCH OF FIRST BANK nearest
to you:

3. Go to a cyber café or anywhere you can have an
internet access.
4. Click on www.mcht.edu.ng to go straight to the
application form.
5. Use your PIN (as contained in the receipt obtained
at the bank), to access the online application form.
6. Complete the application form by providing the
required information.
7. When FINISHED, submit your Form by clicking
the submit button.
8. A print out will be generated for you after the
submission, kindly print this and come along with
it on the day of entrance examination.
