Samsung Galaxy J5 appears in a bevy of leaked photos

A bevy of photos showcasing the yet to be announced Samsung Galaxy J5 made the rounds online. The affordable smartphone is expected to debut at some point in the near future.

The latest photos of the upcoming mid-ranger fall right in line with the images we saw of it from itsTENAA visit in China. Samsung Galaxy J5 will feature a rather generic design, polycarbonate body, and a removable back cover.

Specs-wise, Samsung Galaxy J5 offers Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 chipset, 1.5GB of RAM, 8GB of expandable storage, 5” 720p display, 13MP main camera, 5MP front-facing unit, and 2,600mAh battery - right in line with past rumors. The device will boot TouchWiz-ed Android 5.1 Lollipop.

Samsung Galaxy J5 will debut alongside Samsung Galaxy J7. The latter will offer a larger 5.5” display and Marvel PXA1936 SoC.
