2) Printed Page Of Application Post Utme Form
3) 1 Passport Photograph
4) Jamb Result E-Slip
5) O’level Or Nabteb Result
6) Awaiting results acceptable

4. Collection of post utme screening date & time slip
5. Watch out for your screening result on your gsm num
6. Payment of n5,000 acceptance fee and collection of admission letter by qualify candidates
